Your hard work and commitment has translated into: a reduction in the time it takes to appoint Clinician Educators, the start of a succession planning and “slating” tool for critical administrative positions, a reduction in Labor Distribution Adjustments, more timely Quarterly Certifications in the Post-Award process, fewer administrative hours spent on sponsored research award close-out, a revaluation of the Job Information Form (JIF) in our job posting process, the creation of a pre-award resource library, and many more improvements, We’re excited to see what these teams can accomplish in FY '21.
